My baby son Alex is buried a long way from where I live, it was causing so much pain as I couldnt visit him and talk to him. Each day was me trying to grasp onto something of his. This site enables me to express myself and to make him feel real again, and to allow others to remember him, so he now remains with me, and I can light a candle whenever I want. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I would like to thank you for allowing my mum to have a site on gonetoosoon,i think it the most wonderful thing created, it makes me feel close to my mum.I love witing poems for her and other Angels who have gone too soon and knowing i am not alone. My mum passed away DEC 9th 2001.

After losing our daughter i created a website on gone too soon and was overwhelmed at the messages and tributes. In the early days we sat for hours reading them and found them a great comfort it was also a way for everbody to reflect in there own time in private a say things that they may have found difficult to communicate at such a sad time. This really must be the best website ever invented.

I think this site is a wonderful way to keep our loved ones alive in our daily lives . We will never forget them them but its a way to talk to them . It is also lovely to know that other people understand our sorrow and show that they care .

i would like to say thanks to gone to soon,for this site.my first grandaughter was born still born on mothers day 2008.the site has helped me to stay in touch with her through my letters.i now feel nearer to her than i did when she was born.my seven year old son also leaves her messages and feels better afterwards.thank you for letting us remember her in more ways than one.
i am very pleased with this site at times when i can find the pepole i want on it but when i found my couson on it i was made up 2 c that loads ov pepole have put these things on and it was nice 2 c that pepole do stil think about her

I am so grateful to goone too soon, I have had so many berevements, so many after one another. Gone too soon has help me, reach out to those I love. To say things that was never said and that needed to be said.
I never got to see my little grandson until he was coffined, I never held him in my arms. I love him and his little brother Jamie so much, they don't let me see Jamie, Gone too soon has given me the opportunity to reach out to those who have gone before me.

i was begining to feel i could no longer stay a float after my baby boy had died two years previous i hadhad 2years of counselling and was terrified of standing alone my friend told me of the site and asked if id light a candle for her son who had died, iwas nervous as i thought it would be really morbid. Infact it is totally the opposite i now belong and no longer feel alone there are millions of people dealing with devastating levels of grief but from being able to make a tribute and know so many care it helps youdraw the strength you need to face another day thankyou so much

I would like to say a massive thank you to Terry George and his team, for making this site available to the bereaved. So many organisations take advantage of the bereaved - not gonetoosoon. It brings people together, it comforts people and most importantly, it keeps the spirit of our loved one very much alive. My daughter was stillborn. I've never forgotten her - but I know many of my friends and family have. Through GTS she now, has near on 1,000 candles lit to her memory, and I've made some lovely friends. Thank you to GTS so much. You should be SOOO proud, of what you've done.

I believe it will help many other people who have lost family and friends before their time.
It has certainly helped me even though my brother Colin was murdered in 1987. I had wondered how i could give Colin a tribute as we have not been able toscatter his ashes as they were lost when my mother became seriously ill herself and she wanted to keep Colin's ashes with her.
Now that this site has been launched i hope that many more will be able to contact it and remember their loved ones in the same way.

My daughter found your site and has created Memorial Sites for her sister (my baby daughter Anna) my father Roy Mobsby,my mother-in-law Brenda Hurrell, and she has helped her fiance created a site for his cousin Craig Robert. I can't put into words my feelings when someone lights a candle for them.,especially Anna, she had no time to appriecate life or people.
