I have had the worse year ever. Just before Christmas 07 I lost my cousin Ron Cooke suddenly, he suffered a heart attack. My darling husband and partner Terry of 33 years passed on 19 Jan 08 of cancer at only 57 years.Then my sweet mother passed away on Mothers Day just 5 weeks after my husband, she too had cancer. This site was recommended to me by a neighbour who lost 3 brothers in the space of a couple of years.I can't thank you enough for this wonderful web site, it is a greaat comfort to me and my family.

This site has helped me so so much as i lost my dad to a tumor on the 14th of march this year after a long but brave battle it all happed so sudden he fell ill in october n had to have an operation to remove it and they thought they had got it all so he cum home for christmas then he had chemo n radiotherapy n he was never sick after it so i thought he was getting better.
Then we got the deverstating news that it hadnt worked and there was nothing more they cud do for him so he came home for a few weeks and i watched him slowly dissapear till the point where i cud hardly recognise him as i always knew him as a strong man not the man who i was watching slowly die.
Then on the 14th of march he passed away peacefuly in his sleep even though i knew it was going to happen sum time it still came a big shock and i would like to thank all of the nurses and doctors who helped look after him and cared for him through this time i know there was nothing more you cud do for him
It was gods choice to put him on this earth for just 55 years but thank you dad for the 17 wonderful years i knew you and you will stay in my heart for ever.

Losing People Isnt Easy, As People Know The Hardest Part I Think Is The Part Where You Relise They Will Never Return Back To You. I Was Told About This Site By A Friend I Think It Is Amazing Reading Through The Messages Braught A Lump To My Throut Makes People Relise That Life Is Way To Short As Wrote On Here Losing People Everyday. On the 2nd April 2008 I lost my beautiful wife Angie and this was 7 days before her 54th birthday but insted of celebrating her birthday we had her funeral instead and it broke my heart which is still broken so I would like to thank gonetoosoon for this site where I can visit and share my love for Angie with everyone.

This site has given my family so much comfort at a very difficult time. My brother stuart passed away 2 months ago
& due to family problems we have been made to feel unwelcome at his grave, so this site has given us somewhere else to grieve, so for that we thankyou.

What a wonderful website. i have put several memorials on here. over the years i have lost 8 children, both my maternal grandparents,my mother-in-law, a brother and most recently my own mother. i have been having a hard time dealing with the loss of my mother. being told about this website is the greatest gift my 2 wonderful friends from england could ever give me. it has given me a place to come to grieve for my children and has started me on the healing path with the loss of my mother. god bless the person(s) who started this website. i truly feel blessed everytime i come on here and see the wonderful messages people leave for me and my family.

Thanks for this wonderful site. I lost my first baby boy at birth 32 years ago and have always wanted some kind of memorial to him. Now I have it and will always know where to visit him on his birthday to send a card and remind him that I love him.

I can't thank GTS enough. When i lost my mum, my best friend in July 2007 my world fell apart. My children miss her daily as so do I. The site is fab it is somewhere that makes me feel like I am talking on the phone to my mum, silly it may sound. I light a candle everyday and if it makes me feel better then thats fine by me. My kids also like it as they leave messages and cards on special occasions. I also lost my nan 12 weeks after losing my mum and have also set a site up for her, which has enabled family in other countries to leave messages and light candles. I have maid donations to GTS at christmas etc in memory of my mum. It's a great site knowing you are not alone in grief is great. Thanks Terry and GTS x

Being able to create a memorial website for Danny has helped me hugely. Danny fell asleep 10th march 2007, he was 13 years old and my only child. It has given me a focus and the tributes & candles that have been left for him have been uplifting & something to cherish.
