About me

My name is Zoe, and on 14 April 2008 I lost my very beautiful daughter, Emma.

I moved back to South Africa in 2001 with my family, and have lived in many places since arriving here from High Wycombe in the UK. I currently live on the west coast in a sleepy little town called Sedgefield (famous for the one traffic light, and many tortoises). We moved here to avoid the rush of JHB and to get away from traffic and crime. It's been tough, the move, Emma's loss etc, but we are working through it and hopefully this time next year will be happier than it is now.

Zoe, thank you so much for your candle and your kind words, I am far from Kimmy's grave (I live in Cpt) and her dad now lives in Dallas USA. It makes me so sad not to visit her grave that often. I am sorry for your loss, I understand your grieve and I do not think that it gets any easier... X
