I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your dadI know it is so very hard to except that he is gone but I am sure you have loads of great memories that you can bring forward when thoughts are bad it does get easer in time although you will never forget. my daughter has been gone for a year now I still cry but not every day I still have good days and bad days my thoughts and love are with you pet there are some good people on here that you can write to to help you though this sad time.
