So sorry to read about the loss of your nephew Caine. Saw his site as it came up on "Day of Remembrance" on main page.
I'm sure you already know this, but the actor Colin Farrel's son also has Angelman syndrome. I know it's very rare. I hope Cain'es birthday celebrations went well and that the day was as gentle as it could have been for you and all his family and loved-ones.
