Hi! Just to explain why I have added “The Journey” passage again on Tara’s site – I didn’t know the author previously, and have been trying to find out. I have managed to contact the author and she has kindly said that she would be happy for it to be used here on GTS.

So I have edited the original tribute to include the copyright details as requested. Unfortunately it doesn’t allow me to remove the original 2-part tribute with “Author Unknown” (bottom of Page 1 on Tara’s site), only the memorial creator can do that, so if you could remove it, I would be grateful.

Thank you For your candle, Tara was yet another one taken how Kaya was, its so upsetting and painful, everyone says the days get better but i have gone down hill, your story made me cry it was the same as mine :( Kaya was just like tara in every way they are the best dogs ever! At least they are both out of pain and will thank us when we meet again for doing all we could for them.
