I wanted to leave another message for you today to tell you that your sweet daughter did not go in vain. I am a mother of two soon to be three and it is angels like your daughter and other children who have inspired me to return to school for social services and case management. I just graduated for pharmacy and decided that I could do it and give my kids everything material, but that would not make a difference. I have never been able to turn my back on a child and thanks to amazing, beautiful, and strong children like sweet Summer I have finally figured out what I can do. CHILD ABUSE IS NOT OK and I plan to try and do something about it. I honestly love these children and I wish I could have known and hugged all of them. You and your mother and family are amazing for going through this nightmare and I am astonished at how gracefully you handled it all. Now I know where Summer got all of those special qualities. Thank you mommy Phelps and most of all thank you Summer Berry!!!
