Sandra Raye

Hello there, my name is Sandra Raye, my husband is David Raye. We've been married since July 1971. In June 1974, I had my daughter, Amber and Amber was 9 pounds 14 ounces and 23 inches long. After Amber was born, I had to have surgery because i weighed 410 pounds after amber was delivered so the surgery took place on november 15, 1974. November 15 1974 came and Amber was 5 months old and I was bottle feeding her so I had nothing to worry about. At 5:30 am on November 15, David took me to the hospital so i could have my surgery and around 7am the surgery begun. The gastric bypass helped me a lot, i lost 302 pounds after surgery and a year after surgery i was down to 105 pounds. December 1976, I became pregnant with my son, Jacob who was born August 27, 1977. Jacob was 9 pounds 6.5 ounces and 22 1/2 inches long. I thank God every day for my beautiful babies.

After my babies were born in 1974 and 1977, I became getting worried about having anymore kids, would it harm my uterus? I had so many questions but I couldnt find any answers to my questions until I went and seen Dr Taylor who answered my question. It wouldn't harm my uterus, I could have more kids if I'd like. My uterus was shaped the way it was supposed to be, it wasn't damaged in any way. The problem was, all my babies were huge. Between 8 pounds and 11 pounds were as big as my babies would get. the smallest one i had was 7 pounds 16 ounces.
