Thank you so much for the booklet & the bands. It is a really good idea, I've actually got one on now at work. I'm just wondering if maybe I could sell some for you? The cause is such a good one and very significant for us all in this situation. Not sure if you know of any support groups down South but I was wondering whether to get in touch with one, might help to speak in person to other people in the same situation as my family.

My stepdaughter Leanne, Gary's sister, has started a group on Facebook, can't remember the exact name but something along the lines of 'Suicide- Think again!'. She's got quite a few people to join so far. It talks about how you should talk to friends & family if you ever feel suicidal, that the pain left behind when someone takes their life is so huge that you should think twice. Don't know if it will do any good but anything is worth a try isn't it?

Thank you again, it means a lot to be able to have your support. My friends have been fantastic, a huge support to me, but I always feel that I may be burdening them too much, bringing them down with me at times.

Hi Shirley

I'm sorry to bother you but I just wanted to ask.....me & my husband, Gary's Dad, seem to be pulling apart since Gary left us and I don't know what to do. Did you find that you had problems in the family after your bereavement? We all seem to be pulling in different directions and I'm scared.
we're waiting for a date for the inmquest & I'm worried about that too...what types of verdicts do they come up with, do you know or do you know where we can find out? We know it was suicide that took him but are there different types of verdicts for that, like 'while the balance of his mind was disturbed' or something like that?

I'm sorry to ask but it's hard who to know to talk to about this sort of thing, so many people don't want to talk about it now, it's been 3 months since Gary died, but for me it's just yesterday.

I knew I loved him even though I was only his stepmum and didn't give birth to him, but I can't understand why I feel this real physical gut wrenching pain which I can't even explain to anyone. Is that normal?

I'm sorry to ask but it's just hard to know who to talk to about all this.
