Hi Sally - had a bad day today - everything I did and thought about even at work just set me off. Am finding this so hard. Just want him back so much - I wear the "DAD" ring that I brought him for christmas. Also have his watch - which stopped at 4.25pm on the 5th March? I won't ever have the battery changed - will just wear it as it is. Just finding this so hard. you take care too xx

Hi Sally, there is so much to do that sometimes this helps and then when there is a quiet time and you think about things I find it really hard. My new grandson who was born on the day of the funeral never got to meet his great grandad and he would have been so proud of him. It is just so hard trying to be strong for my mum. I guess it will take time - you take care too love vanessa xxx

Hi Sally, does it ever get any easier? It has been 3 weeks now. Been to the cemetary today and the flowers are still lovely - so many. Just cant believe my dad is under there. Sometimes it is better to talk to someone else in the same position as not everyone understands how you feel. Thanks for taking the time for putting a candle on my dads memorial. take care vanessa x
