Broken Hearted Mum

Ros is like a Yorkshire terrier
When she thinks some thing's not right
If she gets the bit between her teeth
She won’t give up the fight

She will battle on regardless
Of what anyone may say
Until the wrongs are put to right
She'll battle on all day

She takes on others problems
As if they were her own
And if you ask her for her help
You know you wont stand alone

When she thinks that you are right
She will stand by you to the end
On her dogged determination
You know you can depend

Until she's sorted your problem
She is loathed to let it go
I think what I am trying to say
Is she's the best friend that I know

Betrayal Of A Confidence



To betray a friends confidence

is way below the belt

Having no compassion

for how that person felt



Betrayal of a confidence

cuts so very deep

So think before you gossip

don’t you find it hard to sleep?



You may need a friend

yourself some day

To tell your troubles to

Imagine how you’d feel

If they did the same to you



People say you live and learn

I certainly did with you

I’ll be more careful in the future

Who I tell my troubles to

Do you realise how much your worth
More than all the gold
Nothing is too much for you
You help the young and the old.

Do you realise how many love you
How your treasured by your friends
They would stand by you ros
Until their journey ends

Do you realise your lifes angel
Without those fluffy wings
Yes ros your all of this
And everything that life brings

Do you know there is no other
You are really one of a kind
Yes ros your all of this
And your always on our minds

You sail your ship to my shore

Your the candle in my window ros
Your flames show me the way
I am proud to have you as a friend
Each and every waking day.

Your the rock that we search for
When life gets us right down
Theres no need for tears, just laughter
When my friend ros is around

You never doubt or judge me
See the good when i am even wrong
Your lifes beautiful bestest friend
And for you i wrote this song

Many friends they come and go
But just one stays till the end
And thats you ros, yes you
My dearest faithful friend

My best friend and me

My friend and me will always be
Together hand in hand
My friend is my best friend
She listens, and understands.

My friend is just like me
We even wear the same old clothes
My friend is my rock, my support
And everyone here sure knows.

My friend stands by me
In my hours of sorrow
My friend is forever and ever
She wont walk away tomorrow

My friend is worth more than gold
She's the jewel that shine's for me
My friend she knows all of this
For i have wrote it here for her to see.
