Hi i noticed that in July last year you wrote a tribute to Ryan Steels, in answer to your question as to why the boys were out at 4am is, Ryan was supposed to be sleeping over at the other boys house, he knew his mum would not want him out paseed 9pm but as he was stopping at a friend and his friend has said that his mum had said it was ok to be out late Ryan thought that it would be fine, the other boy in questions mum was on the computer till 12.30 am and did NOT let Ryans mum know that the boys were not safely in bed, in fact Ryans mum only found out when the incident was occuring. A couple of the post on this site have made Ryans mum a bit upset but if people dont know the full story i suppose they will always think the worst straight away. Ryan was a really fantastic lad and i am proud to say he was a friend and a neighbour to me and he is always in mine and most of the villages heart and mind.
