im not doing to bad,the anti depressantss im on have helped,they upped the does jan,and although i dont like the idea of them i need them.
i had an ablation on my heart done end of jan,that took awhile to heal as a artery burst.i read what you said and in honesty im not sure what u ment about u thinking somethings going on inside?i did wonder if dad would have said anything,as seeing that phone you uploaded having jamie in,i wonder if hed said anything??theres been alot pauline,but i dal with it bit by bit,like you have had too it takes time to learn to live a new life,and having mum and nan gone in a yr has been hard.but i will get there one day.
