Thank you to everyone who lights candles and leaves verses for my dearly beloved murdered daughter Tamzin Spalding. Your kind thoughts and words are very much appreciated.

If I do not light candles for your angles from time to time it is not because I don't care, it is due to the fact that some days are difficult to handle as loosing my precious daughter has hit me extremely hard.

The criminal way the so called UK justice system works must be changed so the criminal actions of corrupt police officers are stopped as currently many police informants criminal actions are covered up and ignored including MURDER so the officers get rewarded. These criminal police simply don't care who lives or dies as long as they personally do ok for themselves!

Tamzin wrote a lengthy letter to the CPS querying why they had dropped many charges against a certain person yet again. In that letter written a few months before her death she stated I hope you take the contents of this letter seriously as if you don't and I end up dead it will be you who has blood on your hands! This letter was written to the chief prosecutor of the Northants CPS. As usual together with Northants Police they ignored everything Tamzin had written!

After Tamzin died I wrote to the CPS as next of kin requesting copies of any correspondence that Tamzin may have written and received by the CPS. This request was made under the data protection act in accordance with English law. I already had copies of everything but wanted to see the actions of the justice system for myself. The CPS illegally refused to supply me with the copy correspondence as they knew that they together with the police were in the wrong. As usual there is one law for the public who pay their wages and another for them to cover up the truth!

I continue to fight for justice as Tamzin deserves as the so called uk justice system simply does not deliver!

The Tamzin Spalding Murder

THE DAY TAMZIN WAS MURDERED
Tamzin’s father woke Tamzin up just after 9:30am with her morning coffee. Tamzin said “Dad I know Andre’ is going to kill me and I am scared”. Tamzin said this to her father twice while up at their stable yard. She said this again several times when they arrived home to her mother Dorothy. Tamzin had also said the same to her father the evening before her death. After both Tamzin’s mother and father told Tamzin that they would protect her she appeared reassured.
Tamzin asked her father to help her look for a 4x4 to buy. She also asked her father if they could go and collect her ponies that day. Unfortunately as the family 4x4 had broken down and their new 4x4 was not ready to be collected it was not possible. Tamzin appeared adamant that she did not want to be in Cottingham that day.
When Tamzin & her father arrived home she had another cup of coffee with her mother and a cigarette. Tamzin then asked her mother what she could do to help. Dorothy asked Tamzin to sweep the drive which Tamzin did. Tamzin chatted to Dianna from the White House opposite. Dianna later told the family that Tamzin showed no reason for concern otherwise she would have alerted them.
The family Rottweiler dogs were extremely lethargic and disinterested which was totally out of character for them. They are normally extremely vocal when they see or hear strangers. The dogs did not bark when Police & paramedics arrived after Dorothy found Tamzin hanging.
When Michael Spalding went to check their horses that evening he found all the mares had been moved into different paddocks. All the horses were in their correct paddocks that morning and were also in the correct paddocks when he was looking for Tamzin that lunch time. He called the police and reported this and stated this was a practice that Andre’ Lundy has done many times previously to say it was him. Lundy always likes to leave a calling card when he does something bad to the Spalding family. THE POLICE WERE COMPLETELY DISINTERESTED.

THINGS NORTHANTS POLICE DID WRONGLY (KEY EVIDENCE)
1. The Northants Police Sudden Death Manual states “Keep an open mind about the cause of death & seek corroboration of what you are told. It is important that the level & nature of our response is based upon reasonable and objective grounds & not predicated upon assumptions concerning the deceased’s lifestyle or other factors. This objective approach should minimise the likelihood of flawed or inadvertently discriminatory practice &, as a result, ensure that we comply with article 14 (non discrimination) guarantees established by the European Convention on Human Rights”. The SIO Graham Cheatley had preconceived ideas that Tamzin had taken her own life. He did not listen to what officers were told or look for evidence. A Suicide was the easy option just as Andre’ Lundy boasted to his father in 2003 how he could murder and get away with it. He also boasted that he & his brother had tame police officers in their pockets! Why did the S.I.O do the opposite to what the manual states if he was honest?

2. Questions were not asked about what Tamzin was wearing. Had this been done, Tamzin’s missing jewellery (£6,500) that she was wearing that morning would have been spotted straight away as well as her missing pony tail hair band which could be seen on the CCTV footage. Why did the Police not spot this? Why did the Police not list items on the forms they had?

3. The Police completed their Sudden Death form 41 with SEVEN incorrect entries; these mislead the Coroner’s officer and pathologist. The pathologist was told that this was a straight forward suicide and not to look for anything. Why did the Police tell the pathologist not to look for anything?

4. The Police did not question why Tamzin only had one sock on under her boots. Why did the Police not think it strange for Tamzin to be wearing boots with a sock on one foot and one foot with no sock?

5. Had a proper search of the scene been done the Police would have found Tamzin’s missing sock under the straw indicating a struggle and the rest of expensive macramé lead rope used for part of the ligature. Why did the Police not search the scene, or was it because they took the easy option?

6. It took three years to get the Police to release the SOCO photographs. These show that the jewellery is missing, cadaveric spasm in Tamzin’s hands as found in murders not suicide. They also show debris under Tamzin’s two middle fingernails on her left hand. Why did the Police not release the SOCO photographs at the time the Coroner instructed?

7. Andre’ Lundy was seen after Tamzin’s death with a long deep scratch down the right side of his neck. This was not present when he was seen two days before Tamzin’s death. Why did the Police not think this suspicious?

8. 31 Police officers had been told over six years that if they did not deal with the Andre’ Lundy problems at leased one of the Spalding family would end up dead, all should be on Police record. Why did the Police not think Tamzin’s death suspicious with everything that was on record?

9. Tamzin wrote to the CPS months before her death outlining her concerns that she would end up dead and if they did not listen they would have her blood on their hands. The CPS and Police did nothing and Tamzin died. How could an honest S.I.O. say there was nothing suspicious? Three previous murder attempts & many death threats on record.

10. Death threats and previous murder attempts by Andre’ Lundy were
all on Police records, yet the S.I.O. preferred to assume / use suicide!

11. The Police informed the pathologist it was a straight forward suicide
and there was nothing to look for. With everything on Police record why was a none forensic Post-Mortem ordered?

12. All Tamzin’s clothes went mysteriously missing after her post-mortem.
Mr Spalding stated to the mortuary department that he needed to get the clothes independently DNA tested as the police could not be trusted to deal with matters honestly. To this present day Tamzin’s clothes have never been found. Why can the family still not get a crime number or records recording the theft of this vital evidence?

13. It has taken nearly FOUR YEARS to get a crime number for the theft of Tamzin’s jewellery that the CCTV showed Tamzin wearing when she was alive that morning but was not on her dead body. Why did the Police not spot this vital evidence and report on it? The Police only did this due to Mr Spalding publicising the police dishonesty!

The actions of the S.I.O. on the scene and all of his subsequent lies leave more questions than answers. How can an honest experienced Police officer with years of experience assume Tamzin’s death was not suspicious? He was fully aware of everything over six years Tamzin and her family had suffered at the hands of Andre’ Lundy; it was all on Police record. DS Graham Cheatley the SIO on the scene said to Mr & Mrs Spalding within minuets’ of Tamzin being pronounced dead by the Air Ambulance Doctor “Do you think all of the Andre’ Lundy problems will end now Tamzin is dead?” Both Mr & Mrs Spalding answered “NO they will escalate”. That was what they felt. 12 further incidents’ followed over the next two months.

Tamzin had just inherited approximately £200,000 on her 25th Birthday three weeks earlier. Lundy had been after this money and had threatened Tamzin that if she did not pay him £30,000 straight after her birthday he would kill her. The family have statements from two people who witnessed the death threats. Why did the police not think Tamzin’s death suspicious when she had just inherited all that money, Tamzin had mapped out her plans, she had days earlier bought a new expensive horse trailer, more ponies for her new stud, she had travelled to Belgium with her father and bought herself 5,000 cigarettes. Made arrangements to visit a friend’s stud in Holland for more ponies for her breeding program and had paid a deposit on an Arab mare in Wales again for her breeding program. Does all of this and more not seem strange things to do if Tamzin had wanted to take her own life? Why did the S.I.O. not ask any of these questions or look for any clues and with everything that Tamzin and her family had on Police record. Does
this not look extremely suspicious to an honest? Police officer?
