Hi Melanie,my sister also lost a baby in 1966 and she didnt know what happened to her,she thought she had been cremated.I told her to get in touch with the birth deaths marriages in Leicester as we also live there.she got a death certificate from them and was told she had been buried at Gilrose cemetary with other still born babies,she rang them up and they gave her a plot number she asked if someone could show her where it was and she was taken there.It was just a piece of grass with no marker.She now has a beautiful headstone although she cannot put her name on it as there are other babies buried there she does have a beautiful prayer on it.From first starting to find her to finding her plot it took only two weeks.Best wishes and lots of luck glenda skelly.
my heart realy goes out to you melanie. please dont give up, dont let the bastards who hurt you and you brother hurt your babies too. If you dont cope and show your babies love then they will have hurt yet too more innocent children. Show your kids how to love and let them be loved too. your brother will be looking down on you all and he will be beside you in everything you do. be strong and dont let them win.xxxx
