Hi my beautiful little girls where born on the 10th may 2006, I was 17 and didnt have a clue what to expect, i had known from about 16 weeks pregant that my twins may not have survived as they had Twin To Twin Transfusion Syndrome, which is where the twins have a connecting blood vessel which instead of going two ways it went one meaning one twin was getting to much blood and food and the other nothing, skye died of heart faliure and teegan of starvation.

They were so tiny yet perfect in everyway. It was hard at first and of course the funeral was the hardest but i knew it was time to say goodbye to my angels, and now just remember them in my heart everyday and make sure they are never forgotten.

I now have a little boy called wyatt who is one in december and when he is older i shall tell him all about his twin sisters.

You will always be missed by your mommy and your family baby girls i hope you are playing nice up in heavens garden of the baby angels love always xxxx
