thank you Jessica. it is good to hear from someone who is a bit further down the path of grief than me. At the moment it is sometimes hard to see how it gets better, but then I think, well I am less of a mess than I was 7 weeks ago, when it happened, so gradually without me noticing the rawness is easing slightly. Just a dull ache now! But I think sometimes it doesn't feel real. maybe it will always feel that way? Thank you again for your post it means alot xxx
