I am so sorry for the loss of ur Jakey! I too have loss a child. I also have a son named Jacob. He is 17 yrs.old with mental problems. My heart aches for u & ur family. We lost our sweet Christopher 2 hours after he was born in 1993. We wasn't ready to let him go but God needed a new Angel to add to his beautiful garden of baby angels! I lit a candle for ur Jacob. Just know that ur sweet Angel is in heaven with my sweet Angel who is watching over him. Lots of angel hugs sent ur way. My thoughts & prayers r with u & ur family!
