I am the very proud nana of Lincoln Lee Daniel Dennison x he was born on the 16th of May 2008 , he decided to make an early appearance to the world .Only due to lack of experience at his delivery , we only had him for 3 cherished days .he fought so hard and we were with him every step of the way .We lost our precious little Star on the 19th of May 2008 the day my heart broke .My heart aches so much its a pain you cant describe , the ache it never goes away it just gets easier to hide . i love my Grandson so much he will forever be a part of my life , and I know he is shining down on us from Heaven xxxx Love you Lincoln xx Nana x Thank you so much to everyone that lights candles and leave smesssages for Lincoln Gos bless you all xxx
