u ok cuz - doesnt feel real does it ? 1 year already , yet the pain is still so raw , we miss junior so much , its not the same here without him x x
Donna, the first year and birthdays are always hard but the thing i find comfort in, is the happy memories that the people bring to our lives. My own b-day has just passed and what got me tru it was a memory of my dad playing with me a boxing game called giggow. I used stand on his feet and he would pretend to box me i would trow a punch and he would act as tho he was really hurt. My dad was so great with kids even when i got together with my partner who has 8 nieces and nephews. He came visiting us one evening to see the new extention being built and his pockets were laden with sweets for the kids. He also gave them money which i didnt know until after he left. Thats the type of man he was and those are the memories i will treasure forever. Believe me i know that this time for u is hard but remember ur friends are here for you.
