Thank you for you kind words Cherylee, yesterday was very hard as as well as being a sad reminder of losing Charles, it was made unbearable not having Gary with us. Last year he was here to share his Charles twin brother's birtday (Jacob) with us. This year we celebrated Jacob's 11th birthday without him xxx

Thank you Cherylee for your comforting words. I don't think that I am very brave, most days I have 'meltdowns', but I must survive this dreadful journey for my other three children.
My children's father also committed suicide a year before Izzy died. He drowned in the river Thames.
