hello im goin threw the same i lost a friend and thn 2 months later my big brother past away. I used to drink alot and have tried drugs in my time to make it all go away but it doesnt work all you can do is sit and think. Thats what helps me i sit and think and talk to my brother about how my day has gone i also keep a little diary bout my thoughts and anythin i wouls like to say. sorry about ur loss x
