Hi Kate,
Really am sorry, I know how close you were to David. I could not believe it when Jamie told me. I am just sorry Ilost contact after moving from London 6 years ago. I have fond memories of David and will keep them forever. He was so different from other friends. He made me laugh and was there when Jamie was growing up with Elliott.
A real sad lost but his memories are there forever.
Both Jamie and myself send our thoughts to you and your family.
