Friendship is for young and old
Precious like a pot of gold;
Friendship is a sunny day,
As fresh and sweet as new mown hay;
Friendship comforts in the night
Like a star that's shining bright;
Friendship is a gently thing,
Soft as a dove that's on the wing;
Friendship is a joy to see
And is the bond twix you and me;
Friendship is there for all to find,
The secret saviour of mankind

FOR A VERY SPECIAL FRIEND

How very precious time well spent
to send warm greetings to a friend
Simply perhaps we wish to say
just how are you on this new day?
At times we each may feel quite sadly
and need a kind word very badly
So happy then it is to learn
those who Love you have concern

So many blessings we all share
as we enjoy each other's care
So much real beauty to be found
one simply has to look around
Then suddenly out from the blue
a mishap happens, what to do?
One has to suffer bear the pain
until they're better once again

At such a time we treasure friends
to bear with us till suffering ends
Remembering us within their prayers
such comfort knowing someone cares
Just wishing for the moment when
we'll be part of the group again
Enjoying all life's precious gifts
as all the pressure slowly drifts love june and family xxx

This
poem was written by a terminally ill young girl in a
New York Hospital .

It was sent by
a medical doctor -
Make sure to read what is in the closing statement
AFTER THE
POEM.

SLOW DANCE

Have you ever
watched
kids

On a merry-go-round?

Or listened to
the
rain

Slapping on the ground?

Ever followed a
butterfly's erratic flight?

Or gazed at the sun into the
fading
night?

You better slow down.

Don't
dance so
fast.

Time is short.

The music
won't
last.

Do you run through each day

On the
fly?

When you ask How are you?

Do
you hear
the
reply?

When the day is done

Do you lie
in your
bed

With the next hundred chores
Running through
your head?

You'd better
slow down

Don't dance so
fast.

Time is
short.

The music won't
last.

Ever told your
child,

We'll do it
tomorrow?

And in your
haste,

Not see
his sorrow?

Ever lost
touch,

Let a good
friendship die

Cause you
never had time

To call
and say,'Hi'

You'd
better slow down.

Don't dance
so fast.

Time
is short.

The music won't
last.

When you run
so fast to get somewhere

You
miss half the fun of getting
there.

When you worry and hurry
through your
day,

It is like an unopened
gift....

Thrown
away.

Life is not a
race.

Do take it
slower

Hear the
music

Before the song is
over.

PART 2.....FORWARDED
E-MAILS ARE TRACKED TO OBTAIN THE TOTAL
COUNT...do not change the title

Dear All:
PLEASE pass this mail on to everyone you know -
even to those you don't
know! It is the request of a special girl who will soon
leave this world
due to cancer.

This young girl has 6 months left
to live,
and as her dying wish, she wanted to send a letter telling everyone to

live their life to the fullest, since she never will.

She'll
never make it to prom, graduate from high school,
or get married and have a
family of her
own.

By you sending
this to as many people as
possible, you can give her and her family a
little hope, because with every name
that this is sent to, The American
Cancer Society will donate 3 cents per name
to her treatment and recovery
plan. One guy sent this to 500 people! So I know
that we can at least send
it to 5 or 6. It's
not even your money, just
your
time

A PERSON CALLED SIMON ASHTON (SIMON25@HOTMAIL..CO.UK ) CONTACTS YOU
THROUGH EMAIL DON'T OPEN THE MESSAGE. DELETE IT BECAUSE HE IS A HACKER!!

TELL EVERYONE ON YOUR LIST BECAUSE IF SOMEBODY ON YOUR LIST ADDS HIM THEN
YOU WILL GET HIM ON YOUR LIST. HE WILL FIGURE OUT YOUR ID COMPUTER ADDRESS,
SO COPY AND PASTE THIS MESSAGE TO EVERYONE EVEN IF YOU DONT CARE FOR THEM
AND FAST BECAUSE IF HE HACKS THEIR EMAIL HE HACKS YOUR MAIL TOO!!!!!...

Anyone-using Internet mail such as Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL and so on. This
information arrived this morning, Direct from both Microsoft and Norton.
Please send it to everybody you know who has access to the Internet. You
may receive an apparently harmless e-mail titled 'Mail Server Report'

If you open either file, a message will appear on your screen saying: 'It
is too late now, your life is no longer beautiful.'

Subsequently you will LOSE EVERYTHING IN YOUR PC,
And the person who sent it to you will gain access to your name, e-mail and
password.

This is a new virus which started to circulate on Saturday afternoon. AOL
has already confirmed the severity, and the anti virus software's are not
capable of destroying it.

The virus has been created by a hacker who calls himself 'life owner'.

PLEASE SEND A COPY OF THIS E-MAIL TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS, And ask them to
PASS IT ON IMMEDIATELY
