Yesterday my mother told me she was coming on the 22nd of this month, I had no idea she could come, her doctor gave her a travel certificate as he does not want her to experience another extreme Winter in Paris, she is almost 92 years old and her balance is not too good, she has all her mind but of course at this great age she will need my help for many day to day living.
I also feel it will be the last time she can travel and thus we will be lucky to have these three months together.
I am going here and there getting ready and trying to hire some surgical aids to make her stay safer, I am thrill and very surprised to know she is coming.
Hence I will be lighting candles for a few days at one time, I will do the remembrance days however I will not be able to come everyday. I certainly will not stay away from GTS or forget your Angels, it is simply that I will have to do the candles for 3 days at a time.
With love

They warn you about making friends online (which is a good idea in a lot of cases) but every once in awhile you truly find some GREAT friends online that you have never met and they seem to care just as if they have known you your whole life. :-) I have found several "special people". If you have, re-post so they know you are grateful to have them as your friend !! ♥ :) LOVE ALWAYS DOT XXX
Brave Face
It’s an effort to cover the canvas —
blending flaw and crack
blotting out the sleepless circles —
those shadows purple-black —
brave colours part-conceal them —
scars blurred ’til they lie faint
wounds sealed beneath a made-up skin
by layers of fresh paint.
A pretentious pseudo art form —
this forgery of a face —
convincing in its shallow way —
a trick to hide all trace
of damage that has wrecked a heart
reflected in sad eyes
where nothing masks the private pain
there is no sure disguise.
I keep my brave face on a shelf
for days I’m strong enough
to wear it publicly so friends
assume that I am tough
’though cracks run deep they’re covered well —
I’m practised at the art
but how things look and how they are
these days are worlds apart.

"The power of love to change bodies is legendary, built into folklore, common sense, and everyday experience. Love moves the flesh, it pushes matter around... Throughout history, "tender loving care" has uniformly been recognized as a valuable element in healing.”
