Hi Tony,
Saw your message and just thought I would let you know what is going on with my Dad's court case. Firstly they were 2 adjournments. Then last wednesday it was a plea hearing and to my horror the cawardly b****** has pleaded not guilty! I was so shocked, I really expected him to admit what he has done, after all he did cause my dad's death how can he say otherwise?. That is what is wrong with this world people runaway from what they have done.
I suppose he will be following his legal advice. Has he not put us through enough without making us go through a trial.
The next court date is 5th august, which will just be to set a date for crown court. I got the impression he is an arogant pig.
His parents were in court and asked if they could speak to us! Why would we want to listen to what they have to say, when their son caused my Dad's untimely death and will not hold his hands up. I would have an element of sympathy for his family if he did but I hope they are suffering, but their suffering does not come close to what we have and are still going through. The prosicution lawyer said we did not hae to attend on the 5th, but we will be there every step to remind him what he has done. Sorry for the ranting, sometimes it just has to be done. Hope you are ok, the message to my Dad suggests you have had some problems. Will keep you up to date with what is hapening with court. Take care of yourself Beverly

Hi Tony,
not to good really, my gran passed away just before christmas and it was her funeral yesterday. The police are dragging their heels. When you are on the side of the law nothing is done with any haste. Feeling really let down by the law, which is an ass.

Finding things very difficult. Nigel came off his bike on monday. He is ok, but our visit to the hospital rubbed salt in the wound. I have also heard that my Dad's killer is back driving which makes me feel sick.
