You know I tried for hours last Night to get on here..
I couldnt even say Goodnight to my son..
I kept getting the same message, experiencing a high number of vistors, then.. when it did allow me to light a candle, it took over an hour to load then bang..said try again in a few Minutes.. so my candle didnt even get on..
Im really unhappy and certainly will not be attempting to use this site on a saturday anymore, Its enough to drive you crackers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YES IT IS ENOUGH TO DRVE ANYONE MAD! OVER 4 HOURS TO LITE A CANDLE EACH JUST FOR MY BABIES :( THE STRESS OF LOSING OUR FAMILY IS ENOUGH TO SEND ANY ONE OF US OVER THE EDGE ALONE WITHOUT THE ADDED PROBLEMS ON GTS! WE EITHER NEED MORE ADMIN TO WORK WK-ENDS COZ THERE IS NOT ENOUGH OF YOU AND YOU HAVE A HEAVY WORK LOAD TO TRY AND DEAL WITH UNFAIR ON ADMIN AND US! OR FIND OUT WHAT IS EATING GTS DATA SORRY BUT THERE HAS GOT TO BE MORE THAN MUSIC COULD IT BE THAT THERE IS JUST TOO MANY GARDENS? SO MANY ARE JUST PUT ON HERE NEVER TO BE VISITED BY ANYONE AT ALL SAD BUT A FACT WE ARE SICK OF IT AND I GUESS ADMIN ARE TOO :(

I thought I would try to get on to the site later on last night about midnight and I got the mess age
Sorry we are currently experiencing a an unusually high number of visitors
I would of though thids would occur between noon and about 10 o clock at night

THERE IS NOT A HIGH NUMBER OF PEOPLE AT ALL I COULD NOT EVEN LOG OUT OF GTS ONCE I GOT ON,THERE IS ALSO ALOT OF PEOPLE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ADD TO THIS THREAD OR SIMPLY DO NOT WANT TO BUT I HAVE PICKED UP ALOT OF WARNINGS/VIRUS AND HAD TO LOCK THEM IN VAULT WHEN GOING ON SOME SITES :(

Hi

I didn't see any error messages all weekend - although I did see some messages about the site being busy.

We're trying to work out a way to fix this, and to be honest it is a little bit of trial and error. Its hard to recreate 10,000 people trying to use the site at once, so we do what we can then wait for a busy time to see if what we've done makes a difference.

So apologies if its taking longer than expected to get to the bottom of this, but we'll get it soon.

As a side note, to those of you that have said you were trying to access to the site for 4, 6, 8 hours - when you get the error message its because, as the notice says, we're very very busy. Every time someone hits refresh it adds another "job" to the server queue, so by refreshing, refreshing, refreshing the page it may actually be making the problem worse.

If you see the error again (hopefully not as we have another 5 days to test some ideas) I would advise just walking away from your PC and trying again in an hour. Hopefully in that time it will have resolved itself. For one thing, I know for a fact that the site was not down for 24 hours no saturday - I tried to access the site once every hour all day and saw the "busy" message twice.

As another side note, "users online" counter on the forum only counts logged in users, and a massive majority of our visitors are not logged in.

Sorry again for the issues. Hopefully we'll have this fixed very soon.
