on my sponsorship details it says date of next payment is 4 November. I was going to cancel my sponsorship this evening, as I'm not happy with the new website, but have just got home to find an e-mail from pay pal saying my £3 payment has already been taken??

I'm starting to think admin are intentionally ignoring me!! While this question is near the top, I'll ask again - can we have the old butterfly theme back? The new yellow butterfly is awful!
Am I stuck sponsoring GTS for another month?? Should I cancel my sponsorship a day before stated payment day next month, as you take payment a day earlier than it says?!!

We can't take any money off Paypal, they send it to us on a set date every month. We can't request the money earlier - we're not even able to cancel the payments.
To cancel your sponsorship payment, you need to log into the Paypal site and cancel the subscription. Your sponsorship is paid for the month now, so you can cancel it whenever (as long as its before the next payment date) and the sponsorship will automatically phase out after this date.
You may be better posting questions about themes in the website discussion forum, but I'll pass on your suggestion to our designer.
