LOVE MY ANGELS ( dunno if i know you cos of the name :O) but ive done the ticket system, wrote an email paid for sponsorship and basically i refuse to use my fone on top to call them, been there before hun xxx

If you're paying by Paypal, it sounds like for some reason Paypal are not notifying us that the payment has been made.
I did see a report of this recently and after consulting with Paypal it seemed that the web address they had stored to notify us of payments was wrong for that particular payment. As we cannot make changes to paypal subscriptions, this meant that regardless of what we did it would fail every month.
To fix this issue, we asked the member to cancel their subscription and sign up again. Once they did this, the correct information was stored and they didn't have any problems after that.
Could I ask that you do the same? Also, let me know by Private Message when you do so I can check the sponsorship record on Paypal and confirm the details they have saved are correct.
