i just bought a subscription via paypal and i have no credits, im thinking it hasnt registared yet is there anything you can do? please help many thanks becci x

i know paypal says ive paid and yet still nothing on this site! if i cnt get what i subscribed for is there anyway of getting a refund i know its only 3 pound a month but why if i get nothing from it??? x

wow 9 days it seems a bit harsh to me that they haven't sorted this out yet for all they know it could of been a special day in those 9 days and you couldn't add gifts etc without purchasing further credits- which really you shouldn't have to, i hope they sort this out soon as iv got special dates coming up and i really don't want to buy additional credits when that was the reason i bought the subscription in the first place! x

mine always says no credit, but still allows me to add them, as sponsor credits dont show, have you tried to post hun?

I've now discovered that there can sometimes be a delay depending on the method of payment.
Vickis problem stemmed for an issue at Paypals end, which I'm hoping should be sorted shortly. If you send me a Private Message with the email address you use for Paypal, I'll check to ensure your account hasn't been struck with the same issue (otherwise this could be ongoing).
Vikki - if you check the thread you started, there is some info there for you.
