Hi, whenever i try to get to someones page, a new page (screen) opens up again and again i have to keep pressing the x to close it down, as soon as i hit the light a candle option it stops and only then can i light a candle?
Not sure whether this is a problem with my PC or the site?

i have problems just getting into the site and memorials when i turn all music off it comes back on just come on and yet again it was on even though admin turned it off for me grrrrrrr xxxx

Hi stacey, this has been happening to me and a few others ever since the new site was introduced, there was a thread on here about it, probably still is, i though they were looking into it but maybe not had time/forgotten, it's really annoying though! sorry can't be any help, but definately not just your computer

JUst read the other thread and think i've sorted it - something to do with having to turn on the pop up blocker !

i have this problem but have done for a while, way before the new site, drives me crazy, its about time it was sorted really.

Jenny this worked for me so it might for you, click on tools at the top of ur computer click on pop up blocker on the drop down arrow and make sure it is turned on, hope it helps!

We can't turn music off for you. It sets a cookie on your PC - if someone here tries to do it for you it will set a cookie on their own PC and you won't see a difference.

This seems to be affecting a small handful of people, and so far I haven't been able to recreate it on any of the PCs here at the office.
Do you know browser you use to navigate the internet? (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc)
And also, how long has it been happening? The more precise you can be the better.

it was admin on phone did it for me he logged into my account but even then it didnt work but im feeling let down by this site now paying sponsorship now as we dont have control over our own memorials anymore xxxxxxxx just my opinion

Chris - its Internet explorer - mine has fortunately stopped doing it now since i blocked the pop ups - see my above post. Thanks
