If you filled out a support ticket then its placed in a queue and they're answered in the order they're received. We get a lot of support tickets every day and it takes a lot of time to go through them (especially out of office hours), so apologies if there is a delay.
Could you tell me what the issue is?

Just so you know, if you are on BT then an 0845 call should be free now, possibly Talk Talk too but cannot guarantee that one.
