Hi Chris / Jimmy,
I know you have posted in the threads that the gift messages are back, and I can see that they are, so thanks.
BUT please can I have the FULL message back, most of the messages that I have left for my Angels with the gifts (from me) have been cut short. Thats 4 out of 4 for my Nan, 2 out of 4 for my Grandad, 1 out of 1 for Patch (dog), 1 out of 1 for Tinker (guinea pig), and actually, both of the gifts left for my kittens Candy and Honey haven't got their messages back yet at all.
Also, while on the subject of gifts, I was wondering if there could be a "Nan" and "Nana" added to the relation gifts? I never called my Nan "Gran" or "Grandma", she thought it made her sound old, bless her!
Thanks for your help. Mel
RE: Gifts
The gift I left for my Grandad John Leigh cuts off at:
you so much and can
I wrote more after that,
but the one Kate left him finishes as it should.....weird! Lol! x
RE: Gifts
Examples - The most recent 2 gifts for my Nan, Grace Doe - The Watering Can gift only gives a few words:
"I bet your keeping Heaven" (more written after that - only now I can clearly see a bad spelling mistake, oops!)
and the Cat gift gives quite a lot of the message but it obviously isn't finished.
RE: Gifts
Hi,
I have this problem too, some of the messages on gifts left for my daughter arnt showing the full message.

RE: Gifts
ALL THE GIFTS I'VE LEFT IN THE PAST FEW DAY ARE ALSO ONLY SHOWING HALF ON THE MESSAGE I POSTED. VERY FRAUSTRATING WHEN ONLY HALF OF MY THOUGHTS POST.
RE: Gifts
Hi Bethan
Thanks, I can now see the issue in that particular example. My guess whoever wrote that part of the memorials has set the text to be a maximum number of words. This most likely would not have been an issue on the old site as the text was put into a scrolly box.
I'll see what I can do with it tomorrow.

RE: Gifts
my gifts are the same ,ones on my memorial and in my garden any chance this can be sorted thanks.
RE: Gifts
Any update please? This is still an issue, and I for one would like these gift messages back fully, not in part.
Thanks.
