I know you have posted in the threads that the gift messages are back, and I can see that they are, so thanks.
BUT please can I have the FULL message back, most of the messages that I have left for my Angels with the gifts (from me) have been cut short. Thats 4 out of 4 for my Nan, 2 out of 4 for my Grandad, 1 out of 1 for Patch (dog), 1 out of 1 for Tinker (guinea pig), and actually, both of the gifts left for my kittens Candy and Honey haven't got their messages back yet at all.
Also, while on the subject of gifts, I was wondering if there could be a "Nan" and "Nana" added to the relation gifts? I never called my Nan "Gran" or "Grandma", she thought it made her sound old, bless her!

I've been taking a peek at quite a few Gardens where I have left gifts, and it seems to be just gifts left from me that aren't showing the full message!? These aren't all long messages either, messages left by others which are longer than mine seem to all be there fine.

is this still an issue?
If so, could you try holding the CTRL key on your keyboard and pressing F5?
If the messages are still hidden, could you let me know what web browser you use (ie, Internet Explorer, Firefox) and what version if possible?

Yes, its still happening, I did the CTRL and F5 thing last night which gave me back my messages on gifts, but not the whole message...I've done it again now but still only getting a couple of words of the original messages that were there in full before the new site changes.
It does only seem to be gifts that I have left, on memorials and in friends gardens...?
I use Firefox for GTS, find it much more efficient. Version is 3.5.3

Hi Chris,
this is still an issue on my niece's site, her 2nd gift-the pink crown & wand doesn't show the full message, I've not checked all the others yet, but the ones with shorter messages are fine. I tried the ctrl F5 thing and the page just refreshes and the message stays the same.
I use Firefox, don't know what version though sorry.

Just checked her other gifts, most of the ones her mum left don't show the full messages, some show 9 lines worth of a full message and others show just 1 line.

Could you give me an example of a gift where the text is cut off, and tell me the last few words you can see? Just so I can get an idea of where its cutting off.
I'm on Firefox 3.5.3 and I can see it fine, so this is a bit of a mystery. Maybe its my work PC so I'll try it again when I get home and see if I can recreate it...

On the 2nd gift on Rhiain's the pink princess crown the last few words I can see are:
Up above the world so high, you
it should finish the song twinkle twinkle little star.
On the niece one one the next line i see:
I know you
then it finishes so although I don't remember the exact words I put on the gift I know the message isn't finished.
The messages are all fine then until the dove one her mum left and the message ends:
at the moment it shouldn
and it should have 'shouldn't.......' and the rest of Kate's message.
The fairy godmother finishes at: she
and I know Kate will have written more because she always puts loads of 'x's at the end of the messages.
The Easter cross and sandcastle one's finish too soon as well.
And the Tinkerbell Kate left and the pink castle Steph left do too.
The valentine's bear, the ballet shoes, the celestial stars, and the duck Sue left also don't complete the messages.
All others are fine.
