The GoneTooSoon Christmas Tree will be back shortly.
With regards to themes, I am currently working on a new Theme Picker (we had to remove the old one due to the change in themes - hence the rather dull drop down list).
Once the theme picker is working, the Christmas Themes will once again be available to buy. Themes purchased last year should also become available at the same time.
