it is one of the angel,s in my garden ,s birthday tomorrow only myself and dot visit her i cant get in to change pics and put verses for her birthday i cant get in any gardens even my own its so upsetting parhaps its better to leave than be this upset day after day cant even get in to put a ticket in or report the problem another sleepless night its getting worse every day there,s a new problem on here. no replys even when office open

SO, SO UPSET,why can't I get onto my mums and my nan's page, why did you have to make all these changes, been nothing but problems,it was ok the way it was. Yes every thing you have changes, the candles etc looks nice BUT IT WAS REALLY NICE BEFORE, so why, change it. IF this is what our £3 per month paid for then I'm glad I'm canceling it. if you haven't got enough money then you won't keep changing things. I can remember reading somewhere on this site when I first came on, how people hated the changes made so now I'm wondering how times a year do you renew Gone too soon. From a very upset daughter who can't light a candle goodnight to her mum.

I can't get in to any memorials i went in my garden to light my angels all i get is a blank page i have tried two other memorials exactly the same WHAT IS GOING ON FED UP

got on this morning 6 30 lit candle for kaylee,s birthday but cant get back in to check if it is lit hope this is sorted today !!!!!!!!!!!

Whats happens when you try to get onto a memorial? A blank screen?
If so, try turning music off globally and see if that makes a difference.
- Click the "Modify your account options" link in your garden
- On the next page, click "Turn all music on/off"
- Click the button to switch music off
This changes the way the memorials load (we have to do some fancy stuff to make sure music keeps playing when you move around each memorial) so that may make a difference.

CHRIS LOVE WE DID ALL THAT NOT HAD MUSIC ON ONLY TURN THAT ON TO DO A TRIBUTE BLANK SCREEN THAT SAY DONE IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT HAND CORNER ALSO THE BROWSER DONT EVEN GIVE FULL OF THE ANGELS GARDEN OR GONETOSOON ITS TERRIBLE LAST NIGHT :( COULD ANSWER PM AND GET TO THREADS FINE

Same here could not get on any memorials but getting into friends gardens was fine,have no music on never have it on.Sorry to all my friends could not light any candles due to memorials not loading.

IT IS NOT JUST THAT MY MUSIC IS ALWAYS TURN OFF GLOBLE YET MY GARDEN MUSIC PLAYING IN HALINAS GARDEN AND IF I DO TURN MY MUSIC BACK ON HALINAS MUSIC PLAYS IN MINE AND IT SAYS ADDED BY HALINA TOO THATS CRAZY,WHY WE PAYING SPONSER FOR IF WE CANT DO NOTHING?

i agree wasting cash on what we have no control over our memorials as the site says that we do make it personal well its personal to us so why mess with it xxxxxx

Next time you see a blank page trying to get onto a memorial, I need to know the exact address you're visiting.
The address is in the box at the top of your browser (starts with http://) - copy and paste it either into this thread or into a PM to me so I can see what memorials you're trying to visit and what page its trying to load.
