why does it take so long for pictures to show up in gardens after you put them on . the garden i put them in has no wait for approval on

This relates to the way we "cache" images to speed up the site. I posted the full reason on another thread and its a bit of a long one, so I'll let you dig it up if you're interested in the full technical explanation. :)
There is a fix for it, but its been given a low priority as there are some other outstanding issues that need to be looked at. However, I do hope to have it sorted soon.
