ADMIN CAN YOU PLEASE ANSWER ME

I have been trying for a week now to renew my sponsership and cant do it I made a thread asking you about it last week.(i know you are really busy )
I want to renew it by credit card but it isnt working.
Before i did it with my paypal i always do three months at a time but it isnt giving me the option and i dont want money taken out my paypal automatically each month.

CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE?

hi maggie, i have same problem i used to do it with my switch card but now you can only do it by paypal(so they told me), but i dont have a paypal account my daughter does,but i dont want it coming off automatically either.x

i phoned office yesterday ros, but they said i couldnt do it with switch card.x

I DONT KNOW LOVE JUST KNOW I DID IT WITH MY VISA ONCE BECAUSE I COULDNT GET CREDITS GUESS THATS NOT SAME AS SPONSER XXXX

Well if paypal is the only way i wont be renewing it as paypal as it sais when you use paypal they automatically take it from your account every month xx

thats why i wont be renewing mine either maggie, coz i dont have paypal but my daughter does dont think she would be too happy if they took it every month lol!
