i think all of us are fed up of all the problems we keep having i know i am after waiting 6 weeks they cleared my envelope pronlem it only lasted a few days and now ive got 4 stuck envelopes and they have been there for two weeks again so it looks like another 6 week job and it really gets you down and makes you feel like you dont want to come on and we have all been so upset with losing ingrid and poor ros not well either but this is just my opinion love to you all and all your angels take care frances xxx

ITS QUITE BECAUSE OF THE FAKE TRIBUTES ON HERE
Pete here - as a lot of you know myself and Katie reported over 40 fake profiles, and I have spoken at great length with Michelle at GTS about this
I totally agree that a fee should be charged, yes a £3 fee can be charged for membership - and the members details can be VALIDATED before they can create any tributes
and on their application form they can inform GTS of their intentions - whether they create tributes or just leave for lost ones they dont know
When signing up they can also commit to agree to the relevant laws that control the use of a computer or telephone, and if they act fraudulently they can face fines and prison
the girls i call "our" little fakers are in the process of being dealt with by the authorities, and if this gets to the press then this is going to be extremely damaging for the people involved and GTS as a business
I told Michelle that i refrained from going to th UK press because i understand that it will cause them a massive problem, but maybe that is the only way of stopping the fakers - GTS do have a responsibility to act and act quickly
Maybe GTS are understaffed, and need to really step up a gear and prevent their business from becoming attacked - we can all see the lack of real profiles being created since this blew up in their faces
Myself and Kate are available for consultancy, but I think GTS are under the impression that they have got it sorted
They need to apply changes to their business model that will protect us all, as well as themselves
