I can't see the picture's properly in garden's, my music isn't playing and it's taken an hour to get on this morning.....I have never experienced any problems before.
Yesterday it took me 2 hours to light 5 candles : (
Every other site I use is running fine, it's just GTS, I need to know what may be the problem admin, I can't use it in this state. I have already opened a support ticket as you know, but what you suggested didn't make a difference.
This is driving me insane : (

Julie i had same problems yesterday it took me forever to do my candles, and the pages were taking a long time to load too.. Fingers crossed it's been fine today, done 13 pages of candles and tributes in an hour and half x

I was also having the same problems but as soon as I done a disc clean and deleted all my history I never had any more problems x

I have been having a lot of problems still to .Last night it took me two hours just to light four candles . And before i went away Fri i tried six times to light for My lab ben xx blank had to turn it off in the end .Tried to send a support ticket but that went blank argh .I am glad I am not on my own julie xx take care .love Caroline xx My Angels xxxx

Hi Guys,
We understand your frustrations but this is a very difficult issue. We do not experience the same issues that you do with the site speed etc, so it makes it extremely hard to find a problem that does not present itself on our systems.
Like others have said, deleting cookies, history, disc clean etc does help you system to run faster.
We are aware it is taking a while but we are in the process of working through any issues that have been highlighted to us.

If you could please keep updating me with any progress or suggestions, I will keep popping on here.
I have cleaned my laptop completely of every suggestion.....every other site I use is running at lightening speed.
As you know I said my photo's and music had gone funny I seem to have corrected these ( but don't ask me how) and all is ok with these. Now the only problem is the loading of pages, just completely blank for up to 15 minutes per page.

Hi holly I did try and send a communty ticket but that went blank .Not as bad today only a few blank candles so far . And messages on the wall and priv messages .
