Volunteer GTS Members to answer threads ~

Would you all be interested in signing up to be the Volunteer GTS Member to answer threads. We could do it for a week or just on weekends. Or just a day at a time. What do you all think?

Hi Vicki,

GTS members already reply to threads in the community forum as and when they have the time to spend on GTS.

The intended use of the forum is for members to offer support, share experiences and get to know eachother.

GTS staff will not answer queries within the community forum regarding technical, payment or GTS support issues, these should be submitted within a Support Ticket.

The reason we ask for all member queries, issues and problems to be submitted in this way is so we can collate all of the information in one place.

GTS unfortunately does not have the funds to provide 24/7 support but as you will probably notice I am on hand each evening and Michele is available on a day time during the week.

Do not hesitate to contact us via a Support Ticket and one of us will respond as soon as possible.

Although we will not be answering posts which should be raised as a Support Ticket we will still be monitoring the use of the Community Forum as a whole.
