I HAVE BEEN SO PATIENT, AND STILL NOTING HAS BEEN SORTED. I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE TO MY REQUEST, BUT ON BEHALF OF ALL THOSE WHO VISIT THIS SITE ON A DAILY BASIS, WHY IS THAT DANIEL STILL HAS ONLY 3 CHOICES FOR HIS MEMORIAL OPTIONS..... A PINK BUTTERFLY, A BLUE BUTTERFLY AND A YELLOW BUTTERFLY.?????
I HAVE ASKED THIS QUESTION SEVERAL TIMES AND I AM STILL WAITING TO HAVE THIS SORTED.IT IS DANIELS' 8TH MEMORIAL SOON AND I WOULD LOVE TO BE ABLE TO MAKE HIS PAGE SO SPECIAL FOR HIM..... THIS IS NOT A HUGE TASK TO ASK FOR....PLEASE ADMIN, WILL YOU EVER BE ABLE TO GET THIS SORTED.....MY ANGEL AND SO MANY ANGELS DESERVE MORE THAN THIS..

Firstly, I am not here to argue with members. And trying to antagonise me doesn’t help prove your point.
Secondly, you are a sponsor so if you are helper on a memorial you will be able to change the theme even if you did not create it that has never changed.
In regards to deleting comments, comments would only be deleted where someone has come into the forum simply to try and cause an argument for the sake of it. It’s not what we want new members to be seeing; it’s not what the site is intended for.
Something members need to remember is that admin is here to answer queries and run the site, not for members to start arguments with when we are simply explaining something to members.
Rudeness will not be tolerated in the forums regardless of it being directed to staff or other members.

I agree with Jude and Carol and this is the reason i don't come on here much any more this was once a beautiful loving site but it has changed so much i joined this site before it got 2000 memorials and now look it has millions and like Jude said when you could 1st pick a theme the were loads to choose from not just 3 then you brought in pay £3 a month and you get all this but still left more then 3 themes for people who could not pay for it but now no matter if you where once a sponsor or not you stop paying you get 3 to choose from as i have just found out i have been a sponsor for say over 2 years and now i am no longer 1 if i change my brothers theme i only have 3 to choose from apart from the christmas ones i paid for am sorry but i don't like butterflys nor did my brother and i am sorry but i felt you was a bit harsh where you put ( As far as I can see you are not a sponsor, nor have you ever been one ) that is not for you to say who has never paid
