I HAVE BEEN SO PATIENT, AND STILL NOTING HAS BEEN SORTED. I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE TO MY REQUEST, BUT ON BEHALF OF ALL THOSE WHO VISIT THIS SITE ON A DAILY BASIS, WHY IS THAT DANIEL STILL HAS ONLY 3 CHOICES FOR HIS MEMORIAL OPTIONS..... A PINK BUTTERFLY, A BLUE BUTTERFLY AND A YELLOW BUTTERFLY.?????
I HAVE ASKED THIS QUESTION SEVERAL TIMES AND I AM STILL WAITING TO HAVE THIS SORTED.IT IS DANIELS' 8TH MEMORIAL SOON AND I WOULD LOVE TO BE ABLE TO MAKE HIS PAGE SO SPECIAL FOR HIM..... THIS IS NOT A HUGE TASK TO ASK FOR....PLEASE ADMIN, WILL YOU EVER BE ABLE TO GET THIS SORTED.....MY ANGEL AND SO MANY ANGELS DESERVE MORE THAN THIS..

i think you have to be a sponsor to receive all the themes if not a sponsor only the 3 butterfy themes are available x

I’m sorry that you are feeling disappointed with the service you are receiving, I want to take this opportunity to address these issues in full.
Jude, with regards to your request for more themes, I fear there may have been a misunderstanding as at no point has GoneTooSoon promised to release more themes for non-sponsors. As far as I can see you are not a sponsor, nor have you ever been one. All non-sponsors receive the standard 3 themes. There is a range of themes available for sponsors. If you would like to become eligible for more themes then you can do by becoming a sponsor for only £3 per month.
There are huge costs involved with providing a free service, which the sponsorship and gift purchases do not cover. As we rely on the revenues generated by these I hope that you can understand our need to keep the variety of themes for sponsors only.
We are also looking at introducing themes that you can get as a one off purchase, but I’m sure you can appreciate that adding these features would be both time consuming & costly, & you may be aware of several bugs currently affecting the usability of the site on a larger scale, which take priority.
Frances, I am so sorry that you are still having this issue, we are still investigating this but we are unable to spot the bug that is causing this problem. Unfortunately this only seems to be affecting a small percentage of our users, I ask for your patience as we work to resolve this, but also your understanding as first we work to rectify the problems with the site that are affecting people on a larger scale.

I'm a sponsor of 2 memorials and I can't access either due to the site running so slow.....although I'm always nagging for new stuff, having no site at all is very upsetting.
I have poured alot of my money into it and a good working site is more important to me.....I would rather it was spent on making sure it worked well.

thanks michele for your response i know you do your best with these things and i do think i have been patient when its been six months since i first reported the problem and yes i know there is bigger problems with the site and bugs so yes they are more urgent but to us these issues we have are frustrating i just hope one day to have them resolved kind regards to all staff frances

Michelle, I cannot understand, how when I first started off on gts, there were lots and lots of free themes, and they took them off some people. I say ' some' as I look after a lot of angels and they still have lots of free themes. I know you obviously need to make money out of this, but why take all the free ones off certain people......?

Themes were not taken from 'certain' people, basically what happened is when the change was implemented people were allowed to keep the theme they already had. Also in cases where someone has previously been a sponsor and had the opportunity to purchase themes and they have done.
I can understand that it may be frustrating to see other memorials with themes but it is simply as I have explained above.
In regards to us making money, as I explained in my earlier posts, we do not make a profit from GTS, the sponsorship and gifts simply help with the running costs so that we are able to provide a site which is free for all members.

I'm an helper on lots of memorials and the biggest majority of the creators do not come on the site now and are not sponsors,so you tell me why I can go on their memorials and change their themes and they have the same amount of themes as the memorials I'm creator of.
Not right or fair to the regulars and I also know you will delete my opinion but do you know something I really am past caring and don't give a dam.
