Purchasing gifts

Is anyone else having a problem buying gifts since last week its been the same keep getting this message Form Transaction Error

This transaction attempt has failed. Please use the Proceed button go back to the web store from which you were purchasing. The details of the failure are given below.

Status: MALFORMED

Status Detail: 4001 : The VendorTxCode has been used before. All VendorTxCodes should be unique.I put in 2 support tickets last week,put 2 in just if its not sorted soon i wont be buying anymore gifts xx

Hi Linda,

I have replied to your support tickets and explained that the issue is with transaction between Sage Pay and ourselves.

We hope to have this issue resolved shortly.

I apologise for the delay but the extended bank holiday meant there has been no one in the office to look into this.

In the mean time you could try another method to purchase gifts.

If you are still wanting to make a payment by debit card, if you call the payment line on 01132234549 we will be able to take a card payment from you.

Iam still getting the above problem when trying to purchase gifts with my debit card,its been 2 weeks now hoping you can help with this thanks.I have put in 3 support tickets and its been 2 weeks
