I think someone mentioned in another thread - the forums aren't a necessity. Neither are the Gardens, private messages, your Garden Wall, etc. In fact, you could continue using the site without touching any of the new features (except, of course the user login).

We're not forcing anyone to use the forums. Even if you have an issue you can bypass the support forums by calling our Customer Support team's 0845 number, or as Ive said many times before, anyone is welcome to send me a private message with their problem and I'll look into it.

Apologies if you've read something that has offended you. You're more than welcome to report it as inappropriate by clicking the link, and if enough people agree it will be removed. But I won't be actively removing posts where people are having civil conversations between themselves - at that point, I'll have crossed the boundary of moderation and into stifling free speech.

I hope that makes sense. If you want to discuss it further, you're welcome to send me a private message.

you say if enoth ppl agree you will delete stuff.well does that go 4 changing the site back to the old one???

when my family goto my brothers site they see ''my garden'' and say oh i thought this was all about micheal not you......how doya think that makes me feel when ppl think im on here for me and not my brother!!! i joined bcoz i liked wot i saw and it was all about my brother who died a dedication too him but now its become the whole community.......i think admins was assigned here so the GTS team dnt have to answer us!! getting others 2 do their dirty work ------is this gonetoosoon or gonenuts??? without us you have no need for this site.so our opiuon counts :)

This site is getting worse what ever will they think of next. I'm not happy with the site as it is now, my babies page looks awful it was so nice before its upset me as the pics have been ruined some are really blurry the wording under them now gone. Some of the tributes have wrong names and you cant even go and edit them which is wrong I have no interest in my garden and wouldn't use the wall. This site is just like face book. Just bring the old site back and make a lot of people happy, so please listen to us GTS

i agree jenny,
all the messages with pictures have gone im soo disapointed as i posted mesages from my brothers kids as they cant do it themselves........their dads dead and now their mesages to him are dead too .......the more i think about it the more i think this site should be on RIPOFF REPORT - http://www.ripoffreport.com/default.asp
