i can not believe my mom has gone

My mom fought a stroke then pneumonia and we really thought she was well when discharged from hospital but she was soon back in with a bowel obstruction

The surgeons said she would die on the operating table so we had no choice but to sit for a week and let her die

How can a bowel bateuction go unnoticed ????? Why didn't the hospital notice that she had this and do seething whilst she was n there.

I am angry that she fought or 6 months and was killed by an infection which could have been noticed and treated earlier
