To cope right now,
I may only be 15 years old but i have been through alot,
My Cousin Nioami Chloe-Ann Coultor Died from Sids at a younge age in 2006,
i find it hard to see her mum and brother after that and he only just started talking to them again really,
The on the 2nd August 2008 My Cousin Liam O'Brian Was Tragicly Murdered for no reason, I found i extremly hard to go out after that some times i blame my slef for his death and want to be with him again,he was just 13 years old
On the 8th March 2009 My Close Friend James Haggerty Was playing hide n seek with his friend when he collasped and died, he was just 13 he had a rare heart conditon that nobody knew about,
and on the 30th June 2009 my dad David Daniels was on his way home from work and went around a sharp conner onhis motorbike and collided with some lose stones and came off his bike and landed on his back the result of his injurys killed him he was just 35 years old and a great day,
I have come on this site to help me with the lose of my family and friends, I really dont no how to cope anymore,

I wish i had some answers for you Ryan,i feel so sad that you should have to go through this at your age,i,m sure you will find a lot of friends on this site there are a lot of lovely people on here,and i hope you will find the strength from this site to cope you are in my thoughts sweetie love Linda x

i have tears in my eyes as i type this.This is such a awful time for you. I hope you get some comfort from knowing that the people on this site are thinking of you. My son was around your age in 2000/2001 when we as a family lost 5 members of our family close together. i know he found comfort from talking to other members of the family and friends.We still talk openly about our lost loved ones. Maybe somebody in school or a counselor may help. Your GP could help with this. I am praying for you and your family. Alison xxxxx

Ryan, you've been through so much loss, it's hard whatever age. Have you heard of Winstons Wish? (I hpoe it's ok to post that, apologies if it isn't.)
It's a charity for bereaved children and young people,they have a phone number you can ring just to talk if you need to, and lots of other resources. Have a look online, they helped my nephew who's just a bit younger than you.
