im getting 20 to 30 hot flushes a day and mood swings doc has given me h.r.t patches no improvment yet isnt it just a mans world any advice or tips for me please xxxxxx

well ladies my husband has actually remembered our wedding anniversary without a hint and is bringing me out to dinner on wed to celebrate so i think ill just stick the patch on him again tonight it seems to be doing more for him than me !!
