im getting 20 to 30 hot flushes a day and mood swings doc has given me h.r.t patches no improvment yet isnt it just a mans world any advice or tips for me please xxxxxx

i had black cohash from holland and barrets i worked great for me go in store they will advise you which tabs will suit you xx

I got some little tablets when i had hot flushes and they worked great never had any more but forgot name as was few years ago xxx

Hi hun ,you and me both, i was fine when i was on HRT and for 3mths after but then phewwww, i just suffer them someone said run your wrists under a cold tap and at night i keep the fan on my face that does help me, other half thinks he,s in the tropics in the winter lol x

get put on premarin tablets hun they are hrt tablets im on them and i dont get any hot flushes at all now they are great xx

sandrena gel from your doc,and evening primrose much better than patches or pills worked for me xxx

My dr won't give me hrt.i use baby wipes&have a fan on at night & drink plenty of water.
but my oldman didn't help when he put the electric blanket on last week.
i'm thinking single beds.

thanks ladies im still wearing the h.r.t patch still no improvement got up the other morning and my patch was gone found it stuck to my husband in the bed hopefylly it will help him get in touch with his femine side (he,he)
