Hi Everyone
Just want to warn you about a computer virus my husband was just on a normal site when a notice came up from the metropoliton police saying he had done an illegal act and he must pay 100 pounds straight away or he will be in trouble.He went to police station and was given the number for the fraud squad they said it is a scam and not to pay anything and there are lots of people who have had the same thing done to them.
They said to go on microsoft to see if it can be took of with their instructions if not we have to pay to get it sorted hope it doesn't happen to mine

this happened to my friend yesterday and its the same notice that she got she got someone to take her computer back to factory settings and it went away but i also spoke to someone yesterday who it happened to and he just tried his computer every few hours it was still there but three days later it had vanished so dont go paying money out for at least 4or 5 days just in case it goes away on its own
